And here's what I made (apologies for the less than inspiring photo, I was knackered by this point, and it was 9pm!):
The Verdict:
Taste/Texture:
It's funny, I always think of tahini just for its contribution to houmous, and had never considered its use elsewhere, but it contributed to a great dressing on this cauliflower salad.
Substitutions:
None, although I skipped the optional parsley, by that time I was ready to chew my arm off...
Ease Of Preparation:
Quick and easy.
Amount Made:
Would feed 4-6 as a side dish.
Final Verdict:
This works well as an accompaniment to a curry or the like, and may find itself repeating this role again.
